Rabindranath Tagore University has a separate cell for the training and placement of students. They have a separate team of experts working throughout the year for the students to place them in reputed companies all over the country. The cell works tirelessly to train the students for the placement process after the completion of their academic course at the university. The cell manages to organize special training programs for the personality as well as overall development of the candidates who are to appear for placements at RNTU. They organize technical training, aptitude, and soft skill training classes for the students to prepare them for the placement activities at the university. Workshops, industrial visits, and lectures by experts are regularly organized at the University for providing proper guidance to the students. Rabindranath University Bhopal is spread over an area of around 52 acres of land. RNTU offers state-of-art facilities to the students with advanced laboratories with all the equipment. Hostel facilities: During the admissions process, the student is given housing options based on his or her interests. Within the campus, there are four dormitory buildings which provide accommodation for around 85 students each. To make access easier, campus dormitories are located adjacent to the departments, library, and classrooms. And one building in the town, about 10 km from the university, can accommodate around 150 students. The hostels' rooms are all tastefully furnished and have attached restrooms. The well-designed basic amenities are available in all the hostels at the university.  With a complete view of the verdant greenery scenery outside the block perimeters, the rooms are airy as well as spacious. TVs, carom boards, and other entertainment options are available in common rooms. Flood lights are installed on the basketball and tennis courts so that students can practice until late at night.

Medical Facilities: The academic and hostel buildings are near the student health center at the university, which is situated on the campus. A full-time medical superintendent and part-time general medicine professionals both are available for providing with medical aid at the university. All students are eligible to receive free consultations and medication from the dispensary. The university also provides its students with policies for health insurance. They even have partnership with a reputable hospital that is close to the campus of RNTU. There, students can access routine and intense medical care from a team of experienced experts.

Transportation:Numerous buses are operated under the orders of the officials from the university. These buses provide with pick-up and drop-off services for the students who live within a radius of 35 km from the campus of RNTU. This is provided so that safety of the students can be taken care of by the officials.

Cafeteria: In the canteen, students spend the majority of their free time eating, exchanging thoughts, talking about the future, and taking breaks. There is a cafeteria at the campus, as they recognize the value of a student's personal space and offer it with the best amenities. The cafeteria is the best location for students to unwind while enjoying a healthy lunch because it has the proper ambiance and menu options. All the students can eat lunch and dinner in the mess hall between the designated times. Along with cheap North and South Indian cuisine, they also provide a range of munchies.

Facilities for physically challenged students: At RNTU ramps are constructed at appropriate places for the physically challenged students. This is to make their life easier at the university. Elevators are accessible to such students for reaching their classrooms on different floors.
